The links on this page describe a facilitation project CDRI conducted at the request of the Portland Police Bureau. Two documents are referenced: The report that came out of the work and an article published in the April 2012 issue of Government Finance Review, co-written by the Portland Police Bureau's Director of Resource Planning and Analysis Bob Winthrop, Sergeant Greg Stewart from the Bureau's Strategic Services Division, and John Campbell, President of Campbell DeLong Resources, Inc.
